I’m pretty sure the “flip off the hecklers” incident a few weeks back pretty much proved your point well enough. As if the raging fire that is Josh’s opinion of Vick’s thugitivity really needs any fuel added to it. That’s like trying to pour lighter fluid on a burning oil well.

At first I thought it was a joke…still hoping it was. For that is truly a sweeping generalization, and if history holds true, sweeping generalizations are generally wrong because there’s so many exceptions to the generalization.

Ex. Most people think pro athletes are thugs. Most pro athletes are African-American. Thus, the perpetuation of thinking African-Americans are thugs if done in an unthinking way: make sure you’re holding your back pocket and gathering your children close when a black man walks past.
