Josh…love the quote about when a culture dreams the same dream. For the most part we’ve been told one story, one definition of success, and one set of rules to live by. I’m thankful and hopeful that it seems like in many places in culture (and Christianity) we are being encouraged to be unique and free to challenge the status quo again. Thanks for sharing the quote…gave me something to think about. later

I’m not saying it hasn’t happened, but what cultures throughout history haven’t dreamed the same dreams as their contemporaries?
In centuries past I’m sure it was alittle simpler than “exciting recreational opportunities,” probably more like “have enough food to feed my family and maybe have some kids”, but still the general dreams of the population where very difficult to tell apart. Maybe the 95% rule plays in here?
I don’t know, just rambling.
