The Greatest Gadget of All Time.

You need to check this contest out by WIRED. It’s great. It’s basically a bracket system to pick the greatest gadget of all time. And you can enter to win an iPhone at the end of it.

I had to make some tough decisions . . . like the cordless phone over the GameBoy, the Atari 2600 over the first Polaroid camera, the NES (eventual champ) over the Letterman, and the iPhone over the iPod.

But ultimately my final four was the NES versus the Walkman on one side and the first CD Player versus the Cordless Phone on the other.

Ultimately the championship was won by the NES as it beat the CD Player.
