		<description>ummm sounds really yummy!  if you&#039;re getting an organic bird to be healthy then the slow roasting thing prolly isn&#039;t your best bet.  you should slow roast it with lots of herbs basting it often after you brine it overnight OR smoke it on a smoker.  i&#039;ve never made on but a cool website is http://www.tastespotting.com/ You can always go traditional and &quot;string cook&quot; it :) http://www.williamrubel.com/recipes/string-turkey/grissinoturkey.html  Ok i&#039;m going to stop.. my mouth is watering :)</description>
