Turkey Time.
It’s been a long day and I have a lot to catch up on before I can blog about my day . . . but I’ll say when I got home today this was the first thing that I saw in my Inbox. Our aforementioned turkey. Patti over at the farm emailed me a picture of our bird. Kinda makes you sad when the “detached” factor is gone.

Two questions. . .
1) Which one is it?
2) Why not save it’s life. . . let it live in the back with Jack. . . pet turkey.

Or makes you more appreciative of the life and nutrition the turkey is giving you, eh? I guess it’s a two-sided coin…

well, yes it is a bit sad, however, you can be glad that you are not the one to have to butcher it!
enjoy!

Don’t you dare eat that cute bird!! If I had shown you that picture (when you were little) I am positive that turkey would have been on your list of “NO” foods.
